My name is Kirsteen Campbell, i'm a married Mum of two. I did an SVQ & NC in Hospitality & Catering at Thurso College from August 1996 until June 1998. I did my college placement at Gleneagles Hotel. I have a passion for cooking. I especially enjoy making buffets, my speciality is my mini quiches!
